Schabbes Tisch

The "Schabbes Tisch" (Sabbath Table) is an initiative by IKG Vienna that takes place on a Friday evening once a month. We invite anyone who is interested to come together to celebrate Friday evening in a friendly and stimulating ambience.

Starting with the spiritual experience of the Friday evening service at the City Temple, the evening continues with a traditional Sabbath meal at the Aleph Aleph restaurant next door, involving culinary treats, divrei torah on the weekly Torah portion, Sabbath songs and interesting discussions – the main focus is on togetherness. National Covid regulations for restaurants apply, currently the "3G" rule: vaccinated, recovered or PCR-tested.
